Each of our experiences are designed to enhance communication skills, develop creative thinking abilities, showcase working under pressure, and boost team morale! Escape rooms are one-of-a-kind, exciting resources that bring coworkers together and celebrate employees. From new hires to managers, and everyone else in between, there is no better way to strengthen your crew than with an hour or two of team bonding.
Most events last an hour and a half to two hours after factoring in game rules, group photos, and perks. Some events may finish up earlier (that just means you have a group of pros on your hands!) while others may take longer due to factors like group size or add-ons.
Book Team Building

We have the ability to host up to 44 players at one time! Each of our five experiences vary in difficulty and player capacity, allowing the option to mix and match the games that are the perfect fit for your company. Four of our games have a capacity of 10 players while our fifth game holds four players. We are able to accommodate even larger groups by scheduling back-to-back games, with start times spaced at least two hours apart.
PRICING:
Team Building Events start at $400 for up to 10 players. Additional tickets are $40/each. Groups of 31+ are eligible for our MVP Discount, worth 10% off the total cost of your event! Any combination of games can be reserved, but there must be at least 4 players in each game. There is a $50 deposit required per game in order to hold the reservation. The deposit must be received at least one week prior to the event, or within 24 hours of scheduling the event - whichever comes first. Any remaining balance can be paid upon arrival.
Adjustments to the number of players, start time, and more must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Any alterations made with less than a 24-hour notice or made to events booked during business hours may not be able to be accommodated. No refunds for cancellations or no-shows. No refunds for adjustments resulting in a lower price if the total cost of the event has already been paid, but we will be happy to provide store credit via an eGift card.

Privacy & Flexibility: Booking a Team Building Event with One Way Out guarantees that you and your crew will have the entire building to yourselves! With our flexible scheduling, you can choose the start time that works best for you, and we will open specifically for your team. Even events booked during business hours will experience the luxury of having conflicting games blocked off. Your privacy is important to us.
Extra Game Time: Everyone is a winner with our Escapee Guarantee! Each team will receive up to an extra 20 minutes to escape their experience. We want your group to focus on working with each other instead of working against the clock. Every minute your crew spends in our games is crucial to building a better team!
Debriefing: After all of the teams have escaped, we will debrief the entire crew. The debrief will highlight both teams and individuals for their outstanding performance as well as provide helpful insight for areas appearing to need improvement. Following the debrief, a mini award ceremony will take place to showcase those that escaped the fastest, needed the least amount of hints, demonstrated the best leadership, and more! Have specific qualities you’d like for us to keep an eye on while your crew plays? Let us know! We can cater the debrief to include or exclude any information you’d like to have feedback for.
Behind the Scenes: Get an inside look at how we run the games,,, and how your group operates when they think you’re not watching! Up to ONE member from your company will have the opportunity to accompany our Game Masters in the control room while your team plays. Feel free to ask us questions, but please be mindful of our staff while they are hard at work monitoring your crew.
FREE FOOD: Need we say more? Complimentary snacks and beverages will be provided for your group to enjoy before and after their game. Morning events may include items such as water, coffee, muffins, and granola bars while afternoon and evening events may include offerings such as water, soda, chips, and cookies. Please, no food or drinks in the games, though.
Lobby Rentals: Want to have a meal too? No problem! Team Building Events booked outside of business hours and for up to 24 participants have the option to reserve our lobby before or after your games. Lobby Rentals start at $150 for the first hour, and each additional hour is $100. Tables and chairs as well as cleanup are included, but catering and decorating must be handled by you. Sorry, but no alcohol.
